Metalcam Forge shop is equipped with:
- n.5 heating furnaces with a total 400 ton capacity equipped with automatic centralized monitoring of the heating cycles;
- n.1 semiautomatic hydraulic 6300 ton press;
- n.1 semiautomatic 2500-3500 ton press with built-in manipulator;
- n.1 size 36 ton auto-manipulator;
- n.1 size 24 ton auto-manipulator;
- n.1 size 12 ton integrated auto-manipulator.
This equipment permits production of a wide range of pieces with different shapes and different types of steel and weights up to 30 tons.
Press powers produce forgings with a high degree of grain refining and core strength and excellent quality standards.
